Getting Ready for the Holidays

With the holidays just here and all the things that need to get done and with no money to get all the things. It’s just hard to try to figure out ways to still make this holidays as special as other years. I have had to sit down and really plan how we are going to spend our holiday money to stretch it out to be able to make it without staying broke for the entire month. I still want to enjoy our families traditions and be able to go visit our relatives as with every other year. The only good things about the economy right now is the price of gas going down and still going down as I type. I just want to teach my children that we are still able to enjoy our holidays tradition even thought they might not be as many gifts under the tree (if we even get one) but to know that with just one or two toys they could still have fun. I will try to make it up to them my giving them lots of activities that we can do together and spend more time in the kitchen making bake goods for our family and friends. Well I hope that everyone finds ways to still make these holidays special and fun. “The first-grade class performed a Nativity play shortly before Christmas. When Joseph came to the inn and asked if there was room at the inn, the little boy playing the innkeeper replied, “You’re lucky, We just had a cancellation” by George Goldtrap, Madison, Tennessee
